The Best Celebrity Pride Looks of 2023
In addition to celebrating the beginning of the summer, June also marks an important time for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+: it's Pride Month! And whether you identify as gay, queer, bisexual, transgender, or are a supportive ally, we hope we can all join to celebrate and empower LGBTQ+ stories, voices, and love during the month ahead.
So, to kick off the celebrations, the city of West Hollywood, Los Angeles, held its annual WeHo Pride Weekend this past weekend with its very own WeHo Pride Parade on Sunday, June 4, and the OUTLOUD festival with musical artists including Idina Menzel, Grace Jones, Carly Rae Jepsen, and more.
Among the event's most iconic looks were Niecy Nash-Betts in her rainbow-colored carnival-inspired dress and wings, Melissa McCarthy‘s multicolored sequined jumpsuit, and Shangela's showstopping silver bodysuit on stage.
