Alabama headlines the list with 11 outgoing players in the Top247, but only the top three were significant contributors last season. Cohen, a 24-game starter at left guard for the Crimson Tide, was a second-team All-SEC selection by the league's head coaches, while Holden and Earle combined to catch 37 passes for 486 yards and eight touchdowns. No other player on the list eclipsed 70 snaps in 2022.

WR Adonai Mitchell | 5-star, 98 rating, No. 3 overall, No. 1 WR | Texas

DL Bear Alexander | 4-star, 94 rating, No. 14 overall, No. 1 DL | USC*

CB Jaheim Singletary | 4-star, 92 rating, No. 53 overall, No. 10 CB | Arkansas

CB Marcus Washington | 4-star, 92 rating, No. 55 overall, No. 11 CB | Louisville

LB Rian Davis | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 245 overall, No. 20 LB | UCF*

The Georgia departures are headlined by the top-ranked players at wide receiver and defensive lineman in Mitchell and Alexander, respectively, but none of the Bulldogs’ outgoing transfers played more than 200 snaps last season. Mitchell missed most of his sophomore campaign due to injury but caught touchdown passes in each of the Bulldogs’ four College Football Playoff games over the past two years. Alexander was a surprising spring portal entry after emerging as a key rotational player down the stretch as a true freshman, recording two tackles for loss with one sack in the national title game.

CB Denver Harris | 5-star, 98 rating, No. 2 overall, No. 2 CB | LSU

DL Tunmise Adeleye | 4-star, 92 rating, No. 35 overall, No. 4 DL | Michigan State

IOL Matthew Wykoff | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 230 overall, No. 15 IOL | California*

The list of A&M departures is headlined by the No. 2 overall prospect in Harris, who was having a strong freshman season before being suspended for the second half of the year. Harris, along with Bouie, Lucas and Groves-Killebrew were all part of the Aggies’ record-setting 2022 recruiting class. Wykoff started nine games at center after starter Bryce Foster went down with a second-ending injury.

LB Mason Cobb | 4-star, 91 rating, No. 74 overall, No. 5 LB | USC

RB Dominic Richardson | 4-star, 91 rating, No. 90 overall, No. 7 RB | Baylor

DL Trace Ford | 4-star, 91 rating, No. 114 overall, No. 12 DL | Oklahoma

CB Jabbar Muhammad | 4-star, 90 rating, No. 165 overall, No. 29 CB | Washington

OT Caleb Etienne | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 204 overall, No. 16 OT | BYU

WR John Paul Richardson | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 231 overall, No. 48 WR | TCU

S Thomas Harper | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 234 overall, No. 11 S | Notre Dame

Few programs were hit harder by transfer portal attrition this offseason than Oklahoma State as each of the seven outgoing Cowboys in the Top247 played at least 250 snaps last season. The group includes a pair of All-Big 12 defenders in Cobb and Muhammad as well as the team's leading rusher in Richardson. Mike Gundy's squad also lost a four-year starter at quarterback in Spencer Sanders, who ranked just outside the Top247.

CB Davison Igbinosun | 4-star, 94 rating, No. 13 overall, No. 4 CB | Ohio State

QB Luke Altmyer | 4-star, 91 rating, No. 104 overall, No. 10 QB | Illinois

CB Miles Battle | 4-star, 91 rating, No. 113 overall, No. 21 CB | Utah

EDGE Jaron Willis | 4-star, 90 rating, No. 188 overall, No. 8 EDGE | South Carolina

DL Tywone Malone | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 199 overall, No. 22 DL | Ohio State*

S Tysheem Johnson | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 240 overall, No. 13 S | Oregon

The Rebels’ most significant losses of the offseason came in the secondary, including a trio of starters in Igbinosun, Johnson and Battle who combined to play 1,592 defensive snaps last season. Altmyer appeared in nine games with one start over two seasons in Oxford as the primary backup to Matt Corral and Jaxson Dart, respectively.

Ward was the Seminoles’ third highest-graded offensive player in 2022 per PFF College after rushing for 628 yards and seven touchdowns on 95 carries over 10 games, while Pittman and McClain combined to haul in 49 receptions for 536 yards and six touchdowns.

OT John Campbell Jr. | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 227 overall, No. 19 OT | Tennessee

Miami has five outgoing transfers in the Top247, including one top-100 prospect in Jackson, who registered 49 tackles with 4.5 for loss and three sacks in his lone season in Coral Gables. Williams posted 27 tackles in limited action over 17 career games with the Hurricanes, while Garcia threw for 950 yards with seven touchdowns to four interceptions in nine games as a reserve over the last two years. Clark and Campbell combined to start 56 games along the offensive line over the last four seasons.

TE Austin Stogner | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 205 overall, No. 16 TE | Oklahoma

The Gamecocks may not have the most outgoing transfers in the Top247 in number, but they may very well have the most in terms of significance. Bell and Lloyd were the program's two highest-graded regular offensive players last season, according to PFF College, after amassing 1,241 yards from scrimmage with 16 total touchdowns, while Burch and Edmond combined for 16.5 tackles for loss and accounted for 61 of the team's 191 total quarterback pressures on the year.

QB Hudson Card | 4-star, 93 rating, No. 17 overall, No. 3 QB | Purdue

WR Brenen Thompson | 4-star, 92 rating, No. 57 overall, No. 12 WR | Oklahoma

EDGE Ovie Oghoufo | 3-star, 89 rating, No. 210 overall, No. 9 EDGE | LSU

Texas’ quarterback depth behind Quinn Ewers took a hit with the loss of Card, who threw six touchdown passes to one interception in three starts last season. Thompson transferred across the Red River after playing just 52 offensive snaps as a freshman. Angilau was a 34-game starter at guard for the Longhorns before missing the entire 2022 season with a knee injury, while Karic served primarily as a blocking tight end in 2022. Oghoufo played 766 defensive snaps last season and notched 54 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.
